Akshay Sai is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University. As Manager in our Transaction Advisory team, he brings deep experience in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
Biography
At Aritra Partners, Akshay leads the Transaction advisory team in Bangalore, offering end-to-end support across structuring, valuation, due diligence, taxation, and post-deal execution. He has a strong track record in building, reviewing, and advising business models across sectors. He also guides startups on setting up and scaling finance functions, internal controls, and provides fractional CFO services.
Before joining Aritra Partners, Akshay worked as a Management Consultant to several early-stage startups and began his career as an Audit Assistant at RCE Global, where he sharpened his financial and analytical skills.
Outside of work, Akshay is an avid traveler with a passion for Formula 1 and capital markets.
