Biography
Dheeraj regularly advises clients on structuring and negotiating investments, exits, share acquisitions and business transfers across sectors and jurisdictions. He regularly advises a variety of domestic and international clients, on both the buy and sell sides mandates including private equity funds and venture capital funds all of whom he advised on both early as well as late-stage investments. Before joining Constellation Blu, Dheeraj was working with PDS Legal (Mumbai).
Beyond his professional commitments, Dheeraj is passionate about exploring food places, playing table tennis and chess.
