Sadashiva NT, our Partner leading Transaction Advisory and Financial Advisory practice. Fondly known as Sada, is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 18 years of in a mix of corporate and consulting journey.
In his current role, Sada leads Bangalore and Delhi branches and leads a team that works closely with VCs in transaction advisory, fund setup, fund compliance, setting up financial diligence and governance, internal controls, investor reporting, planning, and analysis, and helps build robust finance teams. Sada has worked with marquee startups in collaborating with founding teams during their 0 to 1 journey, set up their finance function in the Build-Operate-Transfer model (BOT), and later continued to be a trusted advisor in their growth journey. Sada also leads new initiatives at Aritra Partners.
He started his career with Infosys, predominantly working in the USA managing their finance operations for branches, and later as a controller for their consulting business. He is an ex–Aditi/Harman, ex-Commonfloor, and was a CFO at Babajobs.
Besides work, Sada is passionate about traveling, learning new things about business models, and mentoring founders/startups in the idea stage of their journey.
