Srihari Kothamachu is a Senior Associate in our Transaction Advisory team, bringing a strong foundation in legal and compliance matters. As a Company Secretary accredited by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bengaluru University, Srihari possesses comprehensive knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
Biography
With over four years of hands-on experience, his expertise lies in facilitating seamless transactions, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, and supporting companies through their critical growth phases.
Srihari plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end transaction processes, including: Due Diligence, Investment Rounds and Annual Secretarial compliances, ensuring that all corporate governance aspects are diligently met.
Before joining Aritra Partners, Srihari worked as a Senior Associate at RSM Astute Consulting Private Limited, where he further honed his skills in regulatory compliance and legal advisory services.
Outside of work, Srihari enjoys traveling, adventure activities, and gymnastics, reflecting his energetic and dynamic personality.
