With over 6 years of professional experience, Sumit's expertise lies in guiding clients through complex transactions, including Venture Capital & Private Equity deals, Mergers & Acquisitions. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on structuring and negotiating investments, exits, share acquisitions, and business transfers across various sectors and jurisdictions.
Sumit's experience spans both buy-side and sell-side mandates, working with private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other clients on early-stage and late-stage investments.
Before joining Aritra Partners, Sumit had been associated with Chitale Legal, Mumbai and Acuity Law, Mumbai.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sumit is an avid traveler, music enthusiast, and movie buff. He enjoys exploring new destinations, listening to diverse genres of music, and watching films from various culture.
