Varun’s professional journey commenced as an Audit & Tax Executive at Amit Shah & Co and then at D N Patel & Co, followed by a CA Articleship at K C Mehta & Co. His early experiences laid the foundation for his career in the finance and tax domain.

In his current role, Varun has been the driving force behind various complex transactions, steering companies through different stages from Seed to Exit. His notable contributions include leading transactions for companies like Purplle, Zopper, IDFY, Exotel, Railyatri, Agara, LBB, Minjar, Nowfloats, and many more.
Varun's area of expertise lies in Transaction Advisory, Tax Structuring, Cross-Border Set-Up, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Advisory. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have been pivotal in providing clients with comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique needs.
