It was established to provide new companies, backed by VC and PE funds, with reliable support for finance, taxation, legal, and compliance tasks. Being close to founders taught us something important: early-stage teams need one reliable guide they can trust, rather than multiple unconnected service providers.
Becoming the Guide (2014-2017)
In 2014, Constellation Blu became an independent advisory firm, shifting from serving just one group of companies to helping many. Our focus was to simplify governance so innovators could take bold steps. By 2017, we had over 25 employees and opened an office in Bengaluru, proving that a service rooted in understanding people could scale without losing its personal touch.
