Aritra Partners’ Transaction Advisory Team, comprising Sadashiv N.T., Abhishek Dutta, Sourabh Guin, Akshay Sai, Ashwini Gundu, Shashank Deshmukh, Rahul Roy, and Pooja Tanwar, played a key role in supporting the transaction on behalf of Blume Ventures.
