His professional journey began as an Audit & Tax Executive at Amit Shah & Co. and D N Patel & Co., followed by his CA Apprenticeship at K C Mehta & Co. These formative years provided him with a strong grounding in finance and tax. Over the past 13 years at Aritra Partners, he has scaled the practice from a 3 member team to a 50+ professional outfit, earning recognition for its depth of expertise across transactions, taxation, and regulatory advisory.

His notable contributions include leading transactions for companies like Purplle, Zopper, IDFY, Exotel, Railyatri, Agara, LBB, Minjar, Nowfloats, and many more.
Varun's area of expertise lies in Transaction Advisory, Tax Structuring, Cross-Border Set-Up, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Advisory. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have been pivotal in providing clients with comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Beyond his professional commitments, Varun finds joy in playing cricket and chess. A true math enthusiast, he takes immense pride in leveraging his mathematical skills to drive success in his professional endeavors.
